Hyend Detail LLC is an active luxury mobile auto detailing company that has been in existence for over 4 years. At this point there is an opportunity to purchase this company with all its equipment, website, reputation, and a strong customer base. 

The outright buyout price is $10,000, which includes training and integration into our current customer base. As a business owner we understand that a lump sum payment can be difficult to acquire for an upcoming entrepreneur. With this in mind, we have a payment option which would be more manageable. With a $1,000 deposit and a weekly payment of $250, you can acquire this company with a 0% interest internal loan. Upon completion of satisfying this loan, all ownership documents will be signed over.

  • Immediate transfer of ownership documentation, including all equipment, software logins, and accounts associated with the company
  • Hands on training and introduction to our recurring customers
  • Training in use of accounting and booking software
  • Login access to the website and all social media

Terms for Payment Plan

  • $1,000 non refundable deposit
  • We will be responsible for back office support and booking and collection of recordable income until the loan is satisfied
  • The buyer will receive 100% of funds collected with the exception of necessary operational overheads. A weekly breakdown of necessary overheads will be provided.
  • Hands on training and introduction to our recurring customers
  • Training in use of accounting and booking software
  • Upon satisfying the loan, we will transfer the ownership documentation, including all equipment, software logins, and accounts associated with the company.
  • The Hyend detailing standard procedure must be maintained until completion of the loan payments
  • In the event of multiple customer complaints or the erosion of the Hyend reputation, the total loan payment must be paid in full in order for you to continue operations. If total loan payment is not made, your services will be terminated and all equipment must be returned. You will forfeit your deposit and all previous payments.
