Operations Manager

We are a high-end auto detailing company that has a small but tight operation. There is an opening for the position of Operations Manager. You will be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle and trained on all the necessary procedures needed to run the company. The ideal candidate for this position should be a business oriented individual with a desire to be a part of this growing company. The job will require the candidate to physically handle the existing customer base, train new detailers, market the expansion, and manage supplies and chemicals. An aspect of your expansion will be to recruit and grow a team of independent contractors. As the operations manager you will be in charge of conducting a training course monthly at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL. Our vested interest is to maintain profit while maximizing your compensation as the company grows based on your efforts.

This position has 3 avenues of compensation. Your effort as the Operations Manager will be compensated with 50% of the weekly net profit earned by the company. A guaranteed weekly salary. And finally, we have a program in place which compensates 5% on services provided to all the new customers you acquire, whether performed by you or one of your trained contractors.

Independent Contractor

We are a high end detailing company positioned to supply a steady flow of customers to contractors motivated to grow their own company. In order to gain access to our customer base, the contractor must complete our training program which will give you all the necessary knowledge to run your own franchise with the support of our team. As a contractor you will be compensated based on your ranked commission. We are known for our focus on quality and have a standard that we operate at, as a team.

We run a monthly training at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL. After completion of the course you will have the necessary knowledge to safely detail high end vehicles and put yourself in a position to earn a generous income. Upon successful completion of the course, a mentored field training will be conducted. Once approved, contractors will then be equipped to perform jobs for Hyend clientele in addition to better serve their own.

Contractor requirements are below. If any requirements are currently not met, we may be able to assist in fulfilling them.

  • Valid driver’s license and capable of driving a van
  • Well put together, fully equipped mobile unit
  • Property damage liability insurance
  • Good communication skills for higher-end clientele
  • Able to handle Florida outside labor
  • Being mechanically inclined is a plus but not a must
